After almost 3 months of planning, purchasing and dehydrating, I think the end is in sight. It still doesn't feel real but today I was able to start packing up all the food I have been preparing. Finally feels like progress is being made. Twenty-two days until launch and more things to do than I care to think about but it's coming together fast!
Wow... go go dehydrator! I see you picked up that coconut milk :) also buought stock in sun chips apparently.
ReplyDeleteThat coconut milk is great in coffee!
ReplyDeleteTo others making comments, for some reason comments seem to be disappearing randomly from this post. I am not sure what is going on, if your comment disappears, it is not because I am deleting them.
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh Adam. You are so cool.
ReplyDeleteHey Alison, Its been a while! Hope you are well and enjoying teaching.
DeleteEpic photo! Happy trails, hope to meet you at Kickoff?
ReplyDeleteHi Sunbeam, thanks! I am hoping to hitch back to KO, but if not there then maybe we will meet on the trail.
DeleteThis is a great photo. I usually see photos of stuff only, but this picture with you in the middle of it speaks volumes more of what it means. I wish you great adventures and maybe I'll run into you on the trail in the Angeles National Forest.
ReplyDeleteHi Rene, I didn't realize how much I had until I started bagging everything up. Now I feel like I have actually made some progress. Good thing too, because time is running out! Thanks and I'll keep an eye out for you.
